Feras Asakrieh

The first night I landed in America I missed my connecting flight to Jacksonville because I could not speak enough English to ask for help. I sat alone in an airport in a country I did not know.

That moment changed everything.

I taught myself English by watching over 2,000 movies. I applied to over 100 jobs and got over 100 rejection letters. I washed dishes. I worked the night shift at a gas station. And within two years at my first real corporate job I was promoted three times.

Over the next 22 years I took everything I learned and tested it at every company I joined. Fortune 500s. Startups. Different industries. Different markets. The same rules worked every single time.

Along the way I also built businesses. A grocery store. A wholesale distribution company. A car dealership. A dropshipping operation. And now a coaching practice. Some failed. Some generated more money than I had ever seen. All of them taught me things no corporate job ever could.

What I discovered is that the rules they teach you about getting promoted are wrong. The professionals who actually move up think like entrepreneurs inside corporate. I know because I lived it on both sides.

Everything I teach I have experienced myself. Nothing I share is theory. It is what I did, what I saw, and what worked. And I am still inside corporate today as a senior executive, which means I see firsthand what is changing right now including how AI is reshaping careers and what leaders need to do to stay ahead.

Today I am a career coach, author, speaker, senior corporate executive, and husband to Sandra and father to Ryan and Jude.

I wake up at 4 AM. I publish every week. I only work with people who are serious.
