We collect a small amount of information, only as needed to operate the Services.
Information you provide
- Email address and name when you subscribe to The Unwritten Rules of Getting Ahead newsletter, request a free download, or contact us directly.
- Payment and billing information when you purchase a paid product (such as the PMP Certification Course, Midlife Career Reset System, or Private Coaching). Payments are processed by Kajabi; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics and Kajabi's built-in analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, including page views, traffic sources, and general geographic information. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this data.
- Local browser storage. The Site remembers your light/dark theme preference using your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider retains short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL) for security and abuse prevention.
