3. Payments and Fees
All payments are processed securely through Kajabi. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any transaction at our sole discretion.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
4. Online Payment Security
We use Kajabi's secure payment infrastructure for all online transactions. All credit card transactions on this site are secured payments.

5. Refund Policy
We stand behind everything we offer. All products and programs come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at feras@ferasasakrieh.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
PMP Certification Course ($47)
If you are not satisfied with the PMP Certification Course, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.
Midlife Career Reset System ($24)
If you are not satisfied with the Midlife Career Reset System, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.
Private Coaching ($2,500)
If you are not satisfied after your first coaching session, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your payment in full. Once the coaching engagement is substantially underway beyond the first session, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
General Refund Process
To request a refund, email feras@ferasasakrieh.com with your name, purchase date, and product. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your request. Refunds may take an additional 5 days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
6. General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent or similar breaches.
