We look at your current situation with total honesty. What feedback have you received? What patterns keep showing up? What limiting beliefs are in the way? This session builds the self awareness that most professionals never develop.
Options — Find Your Real Path Forward
We explore every possible path. Stay and push for the promotion. Reposition yourself inside the company. Make the move to something new. We look at short term wins and long term strategy so you are not just reacting but playing ahead.
Well-Power — Build Your Plan and Commit to It
A plan without accountability is just a wish. We build a specific action plan with real dates, real steps, and a backup plan. I will push back if your plan is not realistic. That is part of the job.
Final Session — Review, Adjust, and Move
We review everything. What worked, what shifted, what needs to change. You leave with total clarity on your next move and the confidence to make it.
